I was just thinking about.. that maybe a survey can be done to those passerby on what they were thinking when they saw the little girl. When they made the decision to just be a passer-by.

wouldnt it have been much easier if they have just picked up the child and send her to the hospital.
of cos, that would make the mom not able to find her child when she realised her child is missing lah.
finding would be more difficult.
